- DEFINITIONS
- “MCDENSS” refers to MCDENSS Security Vaults, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.
- “Client” refers to the individual or organization using MCDENSS Security Vaults services.
- “Vault” refers to the secure storage facility provided by MCDENSS.
- “Contents” refers to the items stored in the Vault by the Client.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using MCDENSS Security Vaults services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- SECURITY VAULT SERVICES
MCDENSS provides secure storage services for valuable items, including but not limited to:
- Gold, silver, and other precious metals
- Jewellery and other valuable items
- Important documents and data
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and complete information about the Contents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Pay all fees and charges associated with the Vault services.
- Keep confidential all access codes, passwords, and security protocols.
- MCDENSS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secure storage facilities and maintain confidentiality.
- Implement robust security measures to protect the Vault and Contents.
- Monitor and respond to security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- ACCESS AND AUTHORIZATION
- The Client is responsible for authorizing access to the Vault.
- MCDENSS reserves the right to verify identity and authenticate access requests.
- Access may be denied if security protocols are not followed.
- INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
- MCDENSS maintains insurance coverage for the Vault and Contents.
- The Client is responsible for insuring Contents against all risks.
- MCDENSS liability is limited to the value of the Contents, up to the insured amount.
- FEES AND CHARGES
- The Client agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the Vault services.
- Fees are non-refundable, except as specified in these Terms.
- TERMINATION
- MCDENSS reserves the right to terminate services upon written notice.
- The Client must remove all Contents from the Vault upon termination.
- GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the United Kingdom, England, and Other Sub-Countries shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
MCDENSS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MCDENSS and the Client.
